As a consultant, Ms. Madden holds a wealth of knowledge in Organizational Effectiveness and brings experience working with diverse audiences that span organizational levels and functions. She has worked with a variety business sectors including health care, real estate, technology, manufacturing, Fortune 500 corporations, financial, and non-profit.
Her expertise is grounded in the field of Organization Development with focuses in Strategic Human Resources and Training & Development.
Ms. Madden served as the Director of Corporate Training for an Educational Services company for ten years and as the Regional Business Development Manager for a global workforce solutions company.
As a member of the American Society of Training and Development and numerous other professional affiliations, Ms. Madden maintains her expertise and continues to build her knowledge through constant reading, attending conferences and college courses, networking and consulting which keeps her abreast of trends in business and people development.
Ms. Madden possesses the keen ability to understand her audience and enhance learning by relating concepts and ideas to the relevant organizational and personal experiences. Her enthusiasm and knowledge combine to create dynamic presentations that are thought provoking, fun and practical.
Ms. Madden hold a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University in Communicative Disorders and a Certificate in Advanced Leadership Studies from the College of St. Catherine.
