Langan & Flynn, a well-respected Human Resource Consulting firm in the Twin Cities area, and Ms. Madden have developed a relationship that offers Organizational Effectiveness consulting to a wide range of business sectors.

Ms. Christensen provides varying HR services including day-to-day human resource functions to employee benefits, leadership development, coaching and policy and procedure development.  Building upon her ten plus years of experience in the healthcare feild, Mary assists organizations in building a strategic Human Resources Department that functions efficiently and effectively.

 

 

Ms. Zugschwert has worked in the field of Training and Development for many years and is a gifted writer and facilitator. As a classroom presenter and facilitator,  her enthusiastic presentation style and energetic delivery engage participants for high-impact training. Additionally, she is a well-versed curriculum designer and freelance writer whose written materials engage and involve her participants.
