Active Survey Kit (ASK)™.
Types of surveys can include:
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys;
- Organizational Culture Surveys; and
- Management & Peer Reviews (similar to a 360 Feedback Loop).
Online survey-taking and results-generation drastically reduces administrative costs associated
with manually conducting paper-and-pencil surveys within an
organization or with customers, clients, and vendor focus groups.
Users taking the surveys have the added promise of confidentiality in
their responses as Ms. Madden and Clockwork Active Media Systems™
synthesize the data and tabulate the results, not the staff members of
the
originating organization. This sense of confidentiality encourages candor
that is often not present when employees know that their supervisor may
be able to ready their handwriting or the like.
Survey users have a secure log-in area within the site from which to access the web surveys. Ms. Madden then complies
the data (in numerical and graphical formats) from the surveys in a
thorough yet concise report that is presented to the client.
